• By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from Citizens for Ted Berry:

  • Polling/Voting Text Messages (e.g., election reminders, opinion polls)

  • Public Service Announcement Text Messages (e.g., legislative updates, member updates, voter education)

• You may opt in to the Program by:

  • Completing the “Sign Up For Text Messages” form on our website

  • Providing explicit consent in any other manner as indicated by Citizens for Ted Berry

Message Terms

• Messages may be sent using an autodialer or similar technology.

• Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the Program.

• Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text STOP to unsubscribe. You’ll receive confirmation and will no longer receive
messages unless you opt back in.
